Do you only service South East Queensland?
Certainly not. We do events all down the East Coast of Australia including Sydney and Melbourne. We’re more than happy to travel with our tree’s, however because of how they’re constructed, they can’t be transported with a standard courier service. Our crew drive the tree to your location which unfortunately does make delivery a little more expensive. We do have plans to have a tree based in both Sydney and Melbourne so we can reduce this cost for our clients in the future.
Does it cost extra to have the tree displayed in two halves instead of a whole?
Not at all. Our delivery team are more than happy to set the tree up in whatever configuration best suits your room and styling. You will just need to pre-arrange this with our Operations Manager when discussing bump-in details.
Can we hang something from the tree?
Yes, we allow certain lightweight items to be hung from the tree, you will just need to check with our team first. We’ve had apples, desserts, photos, ribbons, charity donations and hand written wishes all hung in the past.
Things we take into consideration are:
How heavy the objects are
How many objects there are, and
How you intend to hang them (so not to damage the tree, we generally recommend fishing line)

Can we hire just half a tree?
No problem. If you have budget constraints, or your room just isn’t big enough, you can certainly hire just half of one of our trees. If height is the biggest concern, we also have 12 x 2m Ficus Trees which are perfect to help bring the outdoors in, and a great way to scatter the styling.
Do you make the tree’s yourself?
We sure do! Each tree takes more than 6 months to build, and is carefully thought out so that it’s both structurally sound, and visually realistic. We build them ourselves because we only ever want to hire something we’d be proud to put our name to, something that’s questionably real or fake, something that makes you really wonder how it got there. It’s our pride in providing undeniable quality that’s why we custom build each and every tree ourselves.
